Scooter Libby Halloween Mask
Print image on fairly stiff paper. cut it out, then cut out Scooter's pupils so that you can see through him. Next, glue a paint-stirring stick to the back of the mask. You can also punch holes in the sides and tie Scooter to your head with red tape.
